Matthew H. Lovett & Sons Funeral Home sadly announces the passing of Ms. Crystal Danielle Morris, age 39, of Statesboro. Ms. Morris passed away on Saturday, April 5, 2025, at her sister's residence in Garfield, GA after a prolonged illness.

Ms. Crystal Danielle Morris, age 39, of Statesboro, Georgia, transitioned into eternal rest on Saturday, April 5, 2025, at her sister's residence in Garfield, Georgia, following a prolonged illness.

Born and raised in Statesboro, Crystal was a beloved daughter, mother, sister, aunt, and friend. She was known for her strength, gentle spirit, and deep love for her family. Crystal had a heart full of compassion and a quiet resilience that left a unique mark on those who knew her.

Crystal truly enjoyed spending time with her family and had a special gift for making people laugh. Her joyful presence could brighten any room. She loved the outdoors and found peace in walking and riding her bicycle, just like her daddy. Crystal had a warm and friendly nature - she never met a stranger and had a way of making friends wherever she went. Nature brought her peace and joy; she had a special fondness for wildflowers and butterflies. Her favorite color was blue, a reflection of her calm and caring nature.

She is survived by her loving daughter, Myrikull Morris of Statesboro, GA; her devoted mother, Brenda Morris of Statesboro, GA; two cherished sisters, Carrie (James) Howard of Garfield, GA, and Angela (Jim) Collins of Portal, GA; and a host of nieces and nephews who brought her great joy, including Sean Howard, Matthew Morris, Emily Morris, Darrin Lowery, Haylie Collins, Bennie Collins, and William Morris.

Crystal is now reunited in rest with her father, Lonnie Morris; her beloved spouse, Henry Watson; her nephew, Clarence Morris; her maternal grandparents, Audrey and Larsen Lowery; and her paternal grandparents, Ivey and Alice Morris.

Her family and friends will miss her tremendously, but her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

Memorial services for Ms. Morris will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, April 12, 2025, at God's House, 160 Johnson Gay Road, Garfield, GA 30425, with Pastor Mike Ogden, officiating.
