Diane Burgess

Diane Elaine Burgess, born on July 5, 1956, in Grand Rapids, Michigan, passed away on July 5, 2026, at East Georgia Regional Medical Center in Statesboro, Georgia. Diane was a beloved mother, sister, and friend who touched the lives of many with her vibrant personality, sharp wit, and loving heart.

Diane is survived by her loving daughter, Christina Burgess; her brothers, Michael Plumb and John Mitchell, and sister-in-law, Linda Plumb. She is preceded in death by her father, Douglas Plumb, and mother, Ruth Mitchell. Diane's memory will forever be cherished by her family, and all those whose lives she touched.
